TECHNIQUE CAMP
Basic wrestling skills will be taught at our Technique Camps. Theses skills will include
instructions of wrestler’s stance, positioning, proper technique in leg attacks, break down, turns,
escapes, riding, takedowns, pins and near falls. These basic skills will be drilled repetitively to
ensure accuracy and efficiency. Your wrestler will have the opportunity to watch World Rank
coaches run the move, have hands on experience drilling the move and be evaluated on the move
by these outstanding coaches. Learning and experiencing like NCAA champions, your wrestler
will increase his knowledge and become a more successful wrestler.
2 WEEK INTENSIVE CAMP
The Intensive Camp is for the 8-12 graders who want to prepare themselves in the wrestling world
to their fullest mentally, physically and emotionally. They will train along with their assigned
Division 1 collegiate coach/wrestler. This camp will expand the technique skills given to all
campers as well as the experience of drilling, training, running and competitive wrestling on a
whole new level.
A variety of work out partners will be offered based on age and ability in a small group setting.
Basic fundamentals to advance college level strategies will be demonstrated and taught to the
campers.
TRAINING
All instructors’ goal is to motivate the novice wrestler and challenge the more advanced wrestler.
The sky’s the limit on how much each individual camper wants to achieve. We will show you how
to train like a champion to win and the power to overcome your opponents
We are committed to train you which will result in increased performance levels and obtaining
goals.
LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS
We will host your wrestler at adjacent hotel with shuttle bus transportation available from the
hotel to the wrestling facility. 24 hours supervision will be implemented at the wrestling facility as
well as at the hotel.
MEALS
A wide range menu with an assortment of foods will be generously served each day. This should
satisfy any wrestler’s appetite. Pizza and snacks will be available.
DEPOSIT
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve camp space. Your balance is due at
registration. After receiving your registration we will send you a list of what to bring and
directions.
